Peach blueberry kale smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (can substitute with milk or apple juice)
  • 1/2 cup plain Kefir
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
  • One fresh banana
  • Half a ripe peach
  • 1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt
